850 sf  2 story addition and interior remodel. Work included adding a new family room downstairs, adding a new guest suite upstairs and enlarging the master bathroom and master closets.  We also enlarged the entry, moved the staircase and redesigned the entire entry foyer. Interior remodel included enlarging and opening up the kitchen, as well as a complete redesign of the upstairs to add 2 new bathrooms in addition to the master bath and also create an open plan den at the top of the staircase that acts as a family hub or a second family room.
